EasiGU has been built by an accountant who has worked with a plethora of small Amazon businesses. It is designed a cost effective and simple solution to the problem of breaking down your ecommerce income to track your performance metrics.

The inspiration for EasiGU came from preparing accounts and tax returns for clients who were paying exorbitant fees for other solutions like A2X and Link My Books. Verifying their Amazon sales and expense figures at year end by comparing directly to Amazon summaries was painstaking and challenging, due to inherent timing differences in those solutions' methodology. It was also especially difficult and painstaking because A2X and LMB are sometimes inexplicably wrong. Digging through with a fine tooth comb, line by line, I have seen the cost of advertising be allocated to the reserve balance, sales orders not recorded as income, phantom payouts from the reserve that never actually happened and more.

EasiGU has a preset simplified set of category allocation (9 categories, 11 if the COGS/inventory feature is used) which are allocated to your chosen financial account and tax coding. The input data is the Amazon Transaction data file itself. A check value is included in each gross up so you can trust the results are accurate.

EasiGU breaks down your monthly Amazon transaction data for up to a 12 month period, showing your sales, fees, advertising and more with an optional way to also track your Cost of Goods Sold and Inventory balances.

The process for making your gross ups has 3 easy steps:

1. Import your desired transaction data
2. Run EasiGU to gross up and/or create import invoices
3. Import the invoices into your accounting program

Each month that you are a subscriber you will receive a monthly password that will only need to be entered once. All subscribers have unlimited access for the same low cost regardless of the how your business may be scaling up.

This product is still in testing for Mac computers and only currently guaranteed to work with Windows computers using Excel 2019 or above.
